Why it never sticks

You Keep Starting.
You Keep Stopping.
Here's Why.

You've started before. Maybe more than once. Two weeks in, life happened. You missed a day, then two, then it was over. And you told yourself the same thing you always do. "I just need more discipline."

The gym never helped either. The class times don't fit the job, the good one is forty minutes away, and walking in cold as the worst person in the room is reason enough to keep putting it off. So it stays there, on the list, year after year.

The problem was never you. Nothing you were doing ever made you feel like anything was changing. No skill to master, no standard to hit, just reps in a void.

Generic plans are built for bodies. They don't know where you're starting from, and they don't care.

And with Muay Thai it gets worse, because the gap is specific. You don't know which technique matters first. You forget half of what you were shown by the time you get home. You watch another forty videos and end up with more information and less of a plan than when you started.

That gap closes with structure.
The mechanism

The Discipline Behind It, In Four Steps

Beginners improve by doing the right things in the right order, on a week that repeats.

The date goes in before you feel ready

Pick it today. The date draws a line, and everything before it is planning while everything after it is movement.

You decide your minimum day

Set it for your worst day. Ten minutes still counts, and that's the point. A system that only works when you feel great isn't a system, it's a mood.

You write it down the same day

By Sunday you'll remember the week you meant to have. The log is the only thing that tells the truth.

When you miss, you don't restart

You go back to the last thing that worked and carry on. Restarting is what's been killing you.

Four things, eight weeks, and it holds on the days you don't feel like it.

Who this is for

Three Men. You're Probably One Of Them.

The man who can't get to a gym

The class times don't work, or the commute kills it, or walking in cold as the worst person in the room is enough to keep you home. You need it to happen where you already are.

The man who keeps restarting

You've tried programmes before and never finished one. You're done with starting strong and fading out two weeks in.

The man who wants to train with purpose

You look at where you are, physically and mentally, and know it isn't where you should be. You're drawn to Muay Thai. You want real skills, a structure that holds, and a reason to show up that isn't a step count. Pep talks stopped working a long time ago.

Before you buy

What This Will Not Do

It will take a man who has never thrown a punch and put him eight weeks down the road with six real tools, a base that holds, and forty sessions written down in his own hand.

And if you're already training three times a week with a coach, this isn't your starting point. You've already got the structure this gives you.

What you get

The Complete Eight-Week System

The book · 80 pages

The eight-week protocol

What to train, when, and the standard to hit. Don't plan it, just follow it. Opens with Before Your First Round, so day one doesn't start with you feeling behind.

Illustrated plates for all six tools

Jab, cross, hook, elbow, knee and kick. Shot with Sham in the gym, one stage at a time, with the angles and the direction of travel marked on the photo. You are not guessing what it should look like.

Five named drills, written out in full

Forward and Back · The 3-Round Striking Kit · Eight-Limb Flow · Half-Speed Five · One Action, One Answer, One Reset. All five work at home with no equipment.

Five printable sheets

The 8-Week Training Calendar · printable

Your plan. Every session for eight weeks already decided and mapped to the book in order.

The 8-Week Fight Log · printable

Your record. Baseline numbers on day one, then a weekly read that turns a missed session into a pattern you can actually fix.

Daily Non-Negotiables · printable

The five things that happen whether the session was good, bad or missed entirely. On the back of it, the reset rule for the day it nearly slipped.

How A Week Actually Looks · printable

Someone else's week, already filled in, so you can see what a finished one looks like before you write your first.

The Week 8 Retest · printable

The same four numbers you wrote on day one, measured again. At the end the answer is on the page.

The private Telegram channel

Filmed demos for every tool

Each technique on video, in a private Telegram channel you get access to the moment you buy.

And inside the book

The Reset Rule

Exactly what to do after a missed day, so one bad Tuesday never becomes a lost month. You don't restart. You correct the same day and carry on.

Hand wraps, done properly

The five-step method with the wrap photographed at each stage. Bad wraps fail in week six, when a small wrist tweak turns into a layoff.

A conditioning track that fits around it

Mapped onto the Calendar sheet from day one. Skipping, intervals and conditioning options, plus the recovery days that keep you training in week seven.

What Eight Weeks Actually Looks Like

01
Stance and footwork. The thing most men never get right, and everything else sits on it.
02
Jab, cross and hook. Power from the floor, not the shoulder.
03
Elbows and knees. Close range, where Muay Thai stops looking like boxing.
04
Combinations, guard intact. Three in a row without your hands dropping.
05
Defence and staying in the round. What you do after it goes wrong, which is most of the skill.
06
All six tools. Everything you've built, used together.
07
Volume, pressure and pace. Holding the shape while you're tired.
08
Test week. Same four numbers as day one. This is where you see it in writing.

Twenty to forty-five minutes a session. Ten minutes on the days it all goes wrong, and ten minutes still counts.

Who's teaching you

He Didn't Start As A Coach. He Started As A Kid Who Needed Saving.

Sham smiling with a belly pad on at the academy, students softly blurred around him

Sham found Muay Thai at 12. He was getting bullied and had nowhere else to go.

The gym gave him something. A place to belong, a reason to show up. But life got messy the way it does when you're young, angry, and don't have the right people around you. He made bad choices. Eventually those choices cost him his freedom.

He served time. When he got out he had nothing. No reputation, no plan, just shame and a decision to make.

He went back to the gym before he felt ready, because it was the only thing he'd ever done that made him feel like someone worth respecting.

He stopped training to escape. He started training to rebuild.

He built a system that forced him to show up even when he didn't want to. Especially then. It took him from ex-convict to professional fighter, then to head coach of Gifted Fight Academy with over a thousand active students, then to co-founder of Fight Therapy, mentoring the same kind of kid he used to be.

What's in this book is what he used to get his life back. And now he's giving it to you.

Still on the fence

Four Things You're Thinking

"I've failed programmes before."

Those gave you workouts, and a workout doesn't survive a bad week. What survives is structure: a base, a fixed start date, and a rule for what to do after you miss. It's built for the man who has quit before.

"I don't have time."

The minimum day is ten minutes. If you can't find ten minutes, the problem is you.

"I've got no equipment and no gym."

You need floor space. That's the list. Wraps and a bag help later, they're not needed to start.

"Why not just watch free YouTube?"

You can, and you've been doing it for two years. What you can't get free is the order, the schedule, and something that tells you when you're doing it wrong. Free gives you a library. This gives you a route.

Questions

Everything Else

Do I need any experience?

None. Chapter one assumes you've never thrown a punch. Every technique is shown in photos, step by step, with the movement marked on the image.

Do I need a gym, or a class to go with it?

No. The whole thing was written for the floor of your living room. If you do train at a gym already this works alongside it, but nothing here assumes you can get to one.

How much time per day?

Twenty to forty-five minutes on a normal day. Ten minutes on a bad one, and ten minutes still counts.

What if I miss days?

The Reset Rule exists for exactly that. One missed day costs you twenty-four hours, not twenty-four days.

How do I get it after I pay?

Instantly, and in one place. You check out, and the book, the printables and a Start Here sheet land as PDFs straight away. Your access to the private Telegram channel is attached to your purchase, so it opens from the same place, and nobody who hasn't bought can get in.

Show the rest of the questions
Do I need to be fit before I start?

No, and trying to get fit first is how most men never start. You build the fitness inside the eight weeks. Week one is stance and footwork, which is not a cardio session.

Is this a video course?

No. It's a self-led written protocol with printable tools, plus filmed demos of every tool in a private Telegram channel.

I'm 50, or unfit, or carrying an injury.

The first fortnight is stance and footwork. Nothing explosive. Check with your doctor if you're carrying something.

I'm a woman. Is this for me?

Yes. The page talks to the men I coach most, but the system doesn't care who's holding the log. The stance, the tools and the eight weeks work exactly the same. I coach women and girls at the academy every week. If you want the standard, it's yours.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, yours forever.

What's the refund policy?

There isn't one, and that's deliberate. Everything lands the moment you pay, and the whole system starts with one act: you commit before you feel ready. A refund built into the buy button would undo page one. So read this page properly, look through the sample pages, and if you're not sure, don't buy it. If you are, you're in, and week one starts.

How do I reach you?

Email sham@theindianwarrior.com or DM @the.indian.warrior. I read both.

When does the price go up?

When the founding window closes. I'll give notice on Instagram before it does, so you won't be caught out. After that it's $69 and it stays there.
